- MMicheleLas Vegas •3 reviews4.0Dined on 2 Mar 2025My two girlfriends and I had a lovely time at Brasserie St. Germaine. We ordered the moles frites (mariniere) as an appetizer and they were delicious. We had a nice bottle of Muscadet with our main course. My friends had the Normandy crepes and said they were good. I ordered the monkfish (a special that night that was recommended by our waiter). I thought it might have been overcooked as it was rubbery and chewy. I wish I had ordered the haddock instead. We had two desserts - profiteroles and the apple crepe, they were both delicious. The service was excellent. I would definitely dine there again but might stay away from the fish.More infoBrasserie Saint Germain - RidgefieldPrice: Expensive
