It was my last night in Hawaii and the general manager made sure that it was a special experience by bringing us up to the venue's rooftop to see the sunset prior to our dinner experience. Our server was so knowledgeable and his recommendations were so complimentary to the menu. The wine pairings were insane and such an amazing compliment to the food. My son had an amazing experience trying foods and wines that he would never have. We already have plans to come back to Hawaii and this restaurant will certainly be on the agenda! It was really fun to enjoy the tableside service for the Cesar salad and lobster bisque—we had the Tasting Menu which did not include a flaming dessert, but we watched the show at neighboring tables. A grand merci beaucoup to our server Michael. He was extremely helpful and professional. We also appreciated meeting the chef, who has done a great job of adding some of his German heritage to the French-Hawaiian cuisine.
