Best French Restaurants in Oakland Park

Top shelf culinary experience with service and atmosphere to match. Though they’ve been open only 5 nights, not one misstep. I’ll be back.

Excellent restaurant. We come here almost every year for my husband's birthday. The French onion soup is fantastic as well as the escargot. We got the scallops and the salmon (chef special for that night). Both were superb. We topped it off with creme brulee. Wednesday you can bring your own wine with no corkage fee. Bon Appetit.

Of the many fine restaurants in our area, Le Colonial is our favorite. Remarkably impressive and inviting atmosphere, fascinating menu, fabulous food, usually fastidious and friendly service. Truly a first rate dining experience. Also, the underground parking garage is clean, well illuminated and extremely close to the restaurant. Myles Martel Gulf Stream

Cafe Bastille has to be one of the very best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure to dine in. The food is so unbelievably well prepared, the service is friendly and caring, the ambiance is superb, and if you’re fortunate enough to have live music on weekends as we did, it was the cherry on the icing. Go and enjoy!!!

Our waitperson was attentive and had excellent suggestions! The food was amazing! The escargots was the best I have ever had! The grouper was good! The rack of lamb was great! The potato and green beans were amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great French dinner experience.
