From the moment you step into the elegantly understated space, you’re welcomed by an atmosphere that perfectly balances sophistication and warmth. Every detail, from the attentive service to the inviting ambiance, is thoughtfully curated. The menu is a celebration of British ingredients, transformed into unforgettable dishes. Each course tells a story through layers of flavor and texture, blending tradition with innovation. Clare Smyth’s ability to elevate humble ingredients to something extraordinary is truly remarkable. What sets Core apart is how it makes every guest feel special. The staff’s genuine passion and attention to detail ensure a flawless experience from start to finish. To start, we have the French onion soup and Fougasse ( garlic bread). Both were delicious,, our family had the beef cheek Bourguignon, Paulette Breton and sirloin steak. The bourguignon had a thicker gravy then I perfer, but overall Our meal was delicious. The View and service were excellent… The ambience is very relaxing and peaceful, this was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. I would discourage parents taking children who are tried and fussy.More infoCôte Brasserie - WindsorPrice: Moderate• French• Windsor•4.4

- MMicheleLondon •12 reviews5.0Dined on 16 Sept 2024We had a lovely dinner and at the end we both independently observed what an absolutely fabulous waitress we had, both saying what a positive difference having brilliant staff makes to the evening. Food was delicious too. Also, we had a dog with us and she was welcomed equally warmly with a bowl of water and array of delicious treats delivered immediately on arrival. 100% recommend.More infoThe Queens Head - WeybridgePrice: Expensive• French• Weybridge•4.3
