Best Fusion Restaurants in Edgehill

My favorite restaurant. The prime Rib is always perfect. Best I've had, with Hunt & Fish Club coming in a close 2nd. The Chef's Feature was a Snapper with white truffle potatoes. It was just as perfect. Dinner for 2, a bottle of Pinot, and a few martinis for just a touch under $400.

From 8-year anniversary 2-years ago of first time dinner dinning to 10-year anniversary 2nd time dinner dinning. Same waiter and same great service! Same delicious drinks and food! It is small-ish corner restaurant, so when fully booked it may seem loud with everyone's conversations. However, still intimate with all the lighting and decor. Plenty of easy and no payment parallel street parking. Quiet neighborhood of hotels and businesses at night. We will DEFINITELY dine at the rest of 4Top Hospitality's other restaurants here in Nashville. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program!

The new Etch in The Factory in Franklin is every bit as good if not better than the one in Nashville. The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent, although our fellow diner was not thrilled with the venison entree. We were graciously allowed to split several items which was done in the kitchen and presented beautifully. The entire staff, including the hostess, servers, and managers were fully involved in making the evening enjoyable. We live in Franklin and will make Etch our go-to place for a good meal, as we have done the one in Nashville for many years.

My wife and I ate at Etch last night for an anniversary. We had eaten here once before (for lunch). Both of our orders were outstanding. She got the chicken and I had the scallops. Plating, sauces and sides were SO on point. The flavors had a great mix of familiar and unexpected moments. Our food was brought out very hot, which seems to be less and less common these days - and I always appreciate that. We also shared an appetizer and dessert that were excellent. The staff and waiter were friendly, attentive and never bothersome. While the restaurant dining area and its downtown location are somewhat unassuming you can tell that great care goes into what they do. Thank you Etch for wonderful meal and evening!
