Best Fusion Restaurants in Puerto Vallarta

Tintoque is reason enough to visit Puerto Vallarta. One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in all of North America. Truly exceptional. The tasting menu and wine pairing were so thoughtfully constructed and the extraordinary servers and sommelier obviously cared about every detail. I will return to Vallarta for this experience alone.

We tried Zumo after getting a flyer for a free drink with dinner. The menu is a good mix of fish and meat with a variety of appetizers and salads. The apps and food we ordered were all tasty and very well prepared. The medium rare ribeye was perfect and the short ribs and octopus were great! The staff was friendly and professional but the service was a bit uneven. We were there over a holiday week and things do tend to get busy. I would return and recommend to others.

One of my best dining experience in Puerto Vallarta. I’ve heard about this restaurant for many years, but never went expecting it to be a tourist trap with mediocre food just for the great view. I was wrong. Everything was excellent from the food to the service to the drinks and the view can not be beat. Will definitely return.

The food was amazing. The flavors danced off the plate. It was a great combination of food and spices. Mushroom ceviche is a must-have. The neighborhood is up an coming. I highly recommend visiting.
