The food was cold and service was slow. These two characteristics were likely linked (food was cold because service was slow).

We didn’t want to think, so had the winter feast. Absolutely the best meal ever. Our waitress was Adrianna who was perfect. Everyone explained how each dish was made and where it was from . Literally entertaining, and delicious. Only issue was they added gratuity to the bill . Nothing was said. We were not stopped adding a”tip” to the bill. Left a bad taste

Great selection for Christmas buffet. Missing was the waffle station and/or waffles. The dessert table has great selection and variety but some of their desserts were frozen.

Our family had an exquisite experience dining at Summit last night. The service was impeccable, the food was not only delicious but presented and served in a creative and beautiful manner. Our server Indiana was a perfect combination of attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The support staff was also excellent. The dishes were so tasty - especially the wagyu steak frites, the side of mushrooms and the very fun chocolate sphere dessert. The restaurant was bustling but it never was too loud to hold conversation. This will be a dining experience we will recall for a very long time!

Great time with friends!! Waitress was amazing and had great recommendations, and allowed us time to open gifts and have a great time!! Only feedback would be smaller plates or bigger tables :)
