Thomas Makris, from the Island of Skopelos, fell in love when he met Helen Babalos. They met at Orestes Greek restaurant in 1974, while on a Greek dancing tour of North America. Food was great restaurant seemed understaffed with some very large tables. Which probably made the kitchen slow. The calamari had a weird sauce with it which was a bit unexpected. Seemed like mayo with an addition of lemon. Maybe just stick to tsatziki. I would make that request next time Otherwise was all good and what’s to be expected of a higher end Greek restaurant

Great food portions! Lovely place, lighting and setup is amazing. Spacious and comfy. Could get a little loud, if you prefer a quieter place this may not be for you.

The waitress was impatient when we still need time to order. The manager was nice and helpful, giving us suggestions on the choices. The oyster was fine and fresh. The octopus was great! The salmon was very soft.
