- CChanceCentral Texas •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWorking in fine dining I do have some expectations and premeditations coming into any dinner. Those expectations were met, the food was incredible, the drinks were outstanding, and CARVE made my valentines very special for me and my lady. To the chef, the food was top tier, the butter/truffle sauce really made our steak pop, reminding me of a truffle Demi-glace that made each bite better. CARVE truly set a master of craft precedent that even some more established restaurants don’t meet. Jack, thank you for our evening, you provided exceptional hospitality, me and my fiancé felt very well taken care of. I saw how many tables you were managing, being in that role myself at work, but you still made time for us which gave us that “at home” experience we needed. I will definitely request you in the future when I return to this restaurant. Thank you to the staff for your time, ChanceMore infoCARVE American Grille – Central AustinPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Austin•4.6

- JJakeDallas - Fort Worth •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFinally, a dining experience in Austin that truly lives up to the hype! Hestia's dedication to live-fire cooking creates magic on every plate. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like valued guests, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of both the menu and cooking techniques. The pork belly was nothing short of revelatory - perfectly rendered with a crackling exterior that gave way to melt-in-your-mouth meat beneath. My wife's bavette was cooked to absolute perfection, showcasing the restaurant's mastery of open-flame cooking. The attention to detail in every dish proves why Hestia stands at the pinnacle of Austin's dining scene. What truly sets Hestia apart is the combination of exceptional food and impeccable service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and their passionate knowledge of each dish enhanced our dining experience. The elegant atmosphere and open kitchen add to the theatrical experience of watching the chefs work their magic over the flames. Without hesitation, this was the best meal we've had in Austin. If you're looking for a truly memorable dining experience, Hestia is absolutely worth every penny.More infoHestiaPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7
