Backed by travel and research every few months we pick a new region from India to explore and discover new hyper regional cuisine. This season we are cooking Parsi menu, a delightful blend of Persian and Gujarati flavors, reflecting the rich heritage of the Parsi community that migrated to Gujarat hundred’s of years ago to call India their home. I have been many times and every time it’s great. The staff are lovely,the food delicious and a good selection of beers, cocktails and wine. The warehouse ambience is Awsome., cool music too.
