A fantastic addition to Rugby's restaurant scene. Brilliant decor & ambiance, super lovely & friendly staff and really tasty top quality food. I can't recommend enough.

Been here a few times now - the menu is great and lots to choose from (including if you are vegetarian). Not the cheapest but the food tastes good!

Difficult one. The food is excellent, we had soup, scallops, sea bream, the service is also great. However, my wife and I just didn't enjoy the overall experience at this restaurant. The heating makes a noise like a fire alarm, the lighting and decor isn't quite right, the fixtures and fittings give the feel of a business in its infancy. There's stiff competition in the town with Rocksalt and Ascoughs, the latter being in a different league. The basics are there, it just needs a little more investment in the finer details.

I had an amazing meal out with friends and family at The Rolling Mill. For starters, I enjoyed the pork belly with pineapple and the bratwurst sausage salad—both delicious and unique. My main course, shin of beef in bourguignon sauce, was perfectly tender and full of flavour. To finish, I had the croissant bread and butter pudding with custard, which was the perfect sweet ending. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. The Christmas decorations added a lovely festive touch, creating a warm and beautiful atmosphere. Always highly recommend!

The atmosphere was lively with lots of people. The food was very nice too. But what made it such an enjoyable visit were the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and well-organised - really lovely people.
