I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast which was both delicious and beautiful. An off-menu order of a couple of egg whites was easily accepted. Strangely, the egg whites were absolutely delicious! I stay "strangely" because how can egg whites be great? But they were! Do yourself a favor and go to Apropos for any meal or just a drink or dessert. All four of us agree that the food was delicious, the service was extremely attentive and friendly, and the ambience was lovely. Our super-kind waiter was very helpful in selecting dishes and suggesting alternatives to accomodate dietary restrictions. The portions were generous and cooked perfectly. A few other tables had birthday celebrations, but the tables were spread out enough that it didn't affecdt us. We could still hear ourselves and have good conversation at our table. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
