We believe in craftsmanship and artistry—pizzas hand tossed to order, pasta hand rolled daily, cheese (like our famous burrata) and salumi crafted on site. Bartenders muddle and infuse; wines evolve to reflect the variety of the Italian countryside and climate. Descend the grand staircase, hunker down and, really... try the burrata. Everything we ordered was delicious, this kitchen does not miss. Comfortingly familiar dishes delivered with delightful measures of surprising upscaled flavors. Great food, great wine! But it was our server, Carlos, that made it truly a stand-out experience. He was incredibly personable, gracious and exemplarily poised from start to finish, offering guidance and showing personality when the moment called for it, and giving our large group space (while still ensuring we had what we needed) when our chatter was unbreachable. It was exactly the perfect balance that service in finer dining establishments requires. High praises!
