- JJeromeDublin •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoRosa Madre had been on my mind for quite some time, and I finally made a reservation. I started my dinner with the parmigiana—baked aubergine with a rich basil-infused tomato sauce and perfectly melted Parmesan. The flavors were absolutely succulent. For my main course, I chose the gnocchetti, which came with crab in a luscious lobster bisque and Parmesan sauce. Every bite was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. Next was the Irish roast chicken—tender, baked to perfection, and served with a rich gravy and seasonal vegetables. To end the meal on a sweet note, I had the chocolate fondant, accompanied by a side of hazelnut ice cream—an absolutely delicious pairing. I washed it all down with a glass of Prosecco, sharp and crisp, the perfect way to round off the evening. All in all, a fantastic Italian dining experience. If you’re looking for quality Italian food in town, Rosa Madre is definitely worth a visit!More infoRosa MadrePrice: Expensive• Italian• Temple Bar•4.7

- EEilísDublin •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoAbsolutely incredible, every aspect, from the wonderful service and help wading through the wine list, to the ambiance and watching the fresh pasta being made, to the myriad of delicious dishes, everything was thought out so perfectly! The pumpkin agnolotti with sage butter and hazelnuts was a showstopper, so rich and smooth, every bite I took was followed by a smile. Also the bread and olive oil was divine, in addition to the suppli. All complimented so perfectly by the wine, it was a terrific experience :)More infoGrano RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Stoneybatter•4.9
