Best Italian Restaurants in Southwest Ranches

There’s a lot to love about Aquolina. The team here knows what they are doing, both front and back of the house. My husband had the bone in veal chop ($70), mom had the chicken Française (she thought it was too saucy but it looked yum) and I had the special of black cod with a tomato caper sauce and orzo which was outstanding ($51). We had appetizers as well, a tomato Gorgonzola salad, the shrimp cocktail, which were huge and crab, stuffed mushrooms, delicious. Service was excellent. We didn’t have to ask for a thing, very rare these days. Overall, pricey but outstanding. Noise level was high for my 80 yr old mom, but not unbearable. 

We always love coming here! My salmon was delicious. We like the food, service. and charming atmosphere.

This is a hidden gem offering great Italian food. The location is unassuming, but the food and the service are outstanding. Even the chef-owner stopped by our table and had a nice conversation with us. We will keep coming!
