They are a farm to table restaurant that sources their food products from local vendors, and their wine list has something for everyone. The building is a rustic stone building which lends a mountain lodge vibe. It also has outdoor seating in the summer. My wife and I shared an appetizer of Fried Calamari with roasted shishito peppers. The Calamari was outstanding, tender and flavorful and not overly breaded. The peppers were delicious. My wife had Spaghetti with seafood. It contained shrimp, clams, and mussels in a garlic broth with chile flakes. It was tasty, but if you like your food spicy, ask for more chile. I had a Pork Chop Milanese which was one of the specials. The pork chop was still on the bone and pounded flat and breaded. It was moist and tender. It was topped with a salad of red onion, arugula, tomato and figs, and then shaved parmesan cheese. Dessert looked good, but we were too full.More infoEno TerraPrice: Expensive• Italian• Princeton•4.8

I am gluten free and she knew exactly how everything was prepared so she was very helpful in going over the menu with me. Although I did not get it, they have gluten free pasta! Almost the whole menu is gluten free or can be prepared gluten free. The food was excellent, not one bad bite. Bone in ribeye was perfectly marbled and cooked at exactly medium as we requested. Oysters as fresh as could be. The Tartare Trio and Slab Bacon are to die for! If you are looking for a special celebration or even a swanky night out, I highly recommend. Looking forward to returning!More infoJasper Stone Italian SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Italian• Spotswood•4.8

The decorations were still up, the fire place cozy, the ambience lovely and quiet after the busy holiday. New Brunswick is a great little City.More infoCatherine LombardiPrice: Expensive• Italian• New Brunswick•4.8
