Mehrere To-Go-Pizzerien bildeten den nächsten Erfolg, der vorläufig mit der Eröffnung eines Restaurants in der Wiesbadener Altstadt seinen Höhepunkt erreichte. Der beliebte Treffpunkt in der Goldgasse wurde über Jahre zur Institution weit über die Stadtgrenzen hinaus. Auch die nächste Restaurant-Gründung in Theaternähe traf sofort den Geschmacksnerv der Italien-Liebhaber im Rhein-Main-Gebiet und ist bis heute – nunmehr unter anderer Leitung – aus Wiesbaden nicht mehr wegzudenken.
