Best Italian Restaurants in Washington Township

Capri is one of our very favorite restaurants to go to. They have lunch Monday and Fridays and then dinner throughout the week. The waiters are top-notch and always there for your needs. The bussers are awesome too. I highly recommend it. All their pasta is homemade in the house and is delicious.

We love Sangiovese. Typically the service is stellar but last night it was really off. It was spotty and not the normal smooth dinner. The two tables by us both turned twice while we were dining. And, we were asked three times if we wanted boxes but nobody followed thru until finally our server came back. We had to flag him down to get another bottle of wine. The bread wasn't refreshed until we waved him down and asked. Nothing horrible but just not what we expect from one of our favorite restaurants.

We celebrated my grandmothers birthday tonight. The food was good and the service was fine.

I took my brother to Ambrosia to celebrate his birthday. We had a wonderful meal and great service. The carbonara, my brother's favorite as well as my own, was outstanding. Our server was just the right amount of attentive and presented us with a choice of desserts in honor of his birthday, on the house. The chocolate cake he chose was dense and moist and also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food and wine were delicious. Service was great. We were a few minutes late for our reservation but our table was held and ready for us when we got there even though the place was packed. Everyone and especially our server Andre was friendly and very attentive. Can’t wait to go back!
