    Tuna tartare very good, swordfish main good but the chips were forgotten and had to be asked for. Seafood risotto quite good, needed a bit of garlic or onions at least (IMHO), I had to ask for fingerbowl which I shouldn’t have had to. No problem with quantity and variety of fish.

The service team was incredibly professional, fast, and polite, anticipating our needs with care and precision. When it comes to the food, Faros stands out with its carefully prepared dishes made from fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly satisfy the palate. From appetizers to main courses, desserts, and drinks, everything was served with impeccable presentation. I especially tried beef ragu, and I could taste the quality and mastery in every bite. The chef’s expertise in the kitchen is unmistakable. The ambiance was equally impressive – stylish, modern, yet warm and inviting. It’s an ideal place both for enjoying a pleasant time with friends and for celebrating special occasions. In short, I highly recommend Faros Restaurant to everyone.     How wonderful to be so warmly welcomed back to Terra Rossa/Angel after we were last there for my birthday. As usual service was great and personal too. We love their Primitivo wine. And the scallops with turnip top puree is a family favourite for us. We all had pizzas this time which were yummy. It really is like being in Puglia! We have celebrated Christmas there in the past and enjoyed the holiday menu offerings very much.
