Enzo Rosano grew up in a town just outside of Naples, Italy. His fondest memories of his childhood are centered around his mother’s cooking and the spirited meals he shared with his eight siblings. Mama Carmela’s amazing cooking kept her children close to home throughout their childhood and young adulthood. My overall experience was good. It was just damaged by the table beside us which were extremely loud, but that is not the restaurant's fault. The other thing I did not like was the waitress bringing the check before I asked for it, made me feel as if they wanted me to leave quickly. Other than that, the food was amazing, the bread is to die for, and the pasta was remarkable. I will definitely be going back.

Bella Sienna remains the only true, fine dining establishment in the Benicia/Vallejo area. It's our go to place when we want a four star meal with a view. The cocktails are the finest around. Our server Valentino, who we have encountered multiple times, is knowledgeable, witty, charming and knows just how to please demanding customers like us.

This was my 2nd time going and I absolutely love this time too! The staff is amazing l, food was incredible and their drink selection is awesome! Their manager Sarah was working her tush off too which is what an incredible manager should be doing! Cannot wait to go back, if you haven’t been I highly reccomend❤️❤️
