Best Italian Restaurants in King City

Excellent service with Sam & Matt! Delicious food - our table enjoyed the lamb, the pollo, the pizza, ravioli, and wild boar parpardele. We shared the mezzo mezzo charcuterie board and the arancini are fantastic. Superb recommendations for drinks and wine. Fabulous night out enjoyed by our family.

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a selection of appetizers, two pizzas, and three plates of pasta. While the pasta arrived after we had finished our other dishes, it’s understandable given the bustling holiday season. The pasta was cooked to perfection, which made the wait worthwhile.

Locale King City is quickly becoming one of my favourite spots for casual dining. Loved the arancini of the day. Was hoping for the lamb pasta special I had last time I was there but it wasn’t offered. Their funghi and truffle pasta as well as the soprasatta pizza were really good. Decent value too. 4 of us dined for $178 plus tax with one glass of wine. Our server Jasmine was very personable and attentive.

Food was so good. We started with the rice balls in tomato sauce and the Brie appetizer. Both were outstanding. I would just recommend more crackers for the Brie. The main course of beef tenderloin was perfect cook and very tender. My husband had the Wagu beef burger and he said it was the best burger he ever ate. My daughter had a white pasta. I tried it and it was very tasty but looked like an appetizer. The serving was too little. The dessert of crème brule was very creamy. The service was quick once we ordered. Before we ordered we waited a long time. The bill came quick.

Despite changing owners, the food quality has remained top notch at Luna!
