- AAshlyVIPDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAbsolutely loved dining at Tavernetta! We had heard that they just opened in the Four Seasons last month (December 2024) and we had to try it. The staff did not disappoint. Denni made sure to literally take care of every single thing we needed and made sure to tell us the specials. You can just tell all the staff has their stuff together because they all had their strut down. I love how their menu works. We had the focaccia burrata together. Yum. Then we had the inslata which has the perfect amount of dressing and Parmesan. After that, we shared the Linguini and it was one of my favorite parts of the meal. The lobster and noodles together had the best flavors. And then for the steak we had New York Strip, dry-aged. We usually don’t have a lot of luck with dry-aged but I ate every bite of my portion. It was apart of the A5 Wagyu special and that Wagyu melted in our mouths. And I don’t even have to mention how gorgeous the interior is! Chef’s kiss to this place all the way. You must go here AT LEAST once during your stay in Vail!More infoTavernetta VailPrice: Expensive• Italian• Vail•4.7
- NNormanVIPJacksonville / Northeast Florida •54 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEvery aspect of this restaurant is excellent. We’ve lived in and made 15 visits throughout Italy and from this experience we can say Fattoria is an authentic Italian food, wine and dining experience! First, the house made focaccia and bread sticks were delicious. The Zuppa di Fagioli Bianchi (white bean soup) was beautiful and soul nourishing. We fought over the Caesar wedge with parmesan crisps. Highlight was the Tortellini Di Coniglio; braised rabbit with tender tortellini just like eating in Bologna! Service was impeccable!
