Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. We had a fantastic meal. The service and the staff were wonderful. I will definitely put Yellowtail on my list of must visit every time I go to Vegas. The baked crab sushi was my favorite.

Hands down best restaurant in Vegas, hamachi is my favorite appetizer (get two if you have more than two people it’s the best) mushroom truffle rice is out of this world so rich in flavor. I would say the most life changing thing on the menu is the coconut dessert
