Celebrated my mother's birthday at Ocean Prime and it was absolutely stellar! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our server was not just attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable, offering thoughtful suggestions for both food and drinks that enhanced our dining experience. The food was outstanding, with perfect timing between courses. Everything came out hot and beautifully presented, living up to the restaurant's high-end reputation. What really made the evening special was how the staff went above and beyond to celebrate my mother's birthday. They surprised her with a complimentary slice of chocolate cake, and our server even took extra care to capture perfect photos of our celebration. Highest quality sushi around, with a lot of unique appetizers/starters and cocktails. Great atmosphere, and a great place that i try to visit whenever i am in Denver or Vail.

We went to Uchi for our Anniversary. Overall we had an outstanding experience. We enjoyed the food and service as we sat at the sushi counter. Chef Jacob helped us with our orders. The food was excellent. Fish & lobster were fresh. Apparently they received 3 seafood shipments per week. We had Lobster Miso, Walu Walu (steamed fish), uni & salmon roe nigiri, hot rock wagyu beef, and a few drinks. We also received complimentary sushi for our Anniversary.

Excellent selection of sushi and cooked japanese meals. The sushi was extremely fresh and beautifully presented. rolls of many varieties and nice portion sizes. soup was great. loved the Kobi beef ribs! staff helpful and friendly. pepsi, no coke here
