The seafood udon have pork and shrimp only, so I wouldn’t call it seafood udon. The teriyaki salmon is really good. We were welcomed by the reception who gave information about the open kitchen while leading us to our seats. Beautiful view of the pool below. Our server Nebulous (sorry if spelled incorrect) was super accommodating and helpful with the menu. The food amazing! I had the crab topped grouper and my husband had the . Ambience relaxing and intimate. We were celebrating our anniversary and even gave us a treat! Our waitress Maria and cook Cedric were OUTSTANDING with the dietary restrictions of some of those in our party! They both went above and beyond to ensure no cross contamination occurred and verified all ingredients to make sure they were safe. They met the requests with a smile and without a second thought. Thank you! Furthermore, upon arrival, the hostess team took a memory photo of our party, printed it out, and put it in a little frame with the matter of a few minutes. Such a sweet little Christmas Eve 2024 memory!
