Best Japanese Restaurants in Escandón/San Miguel Chapultepec

Animal (Polanco) was fantastic experience from start to finish! The service was spectacular and the food was as innovative and beautiful as it was delcious. This will be our first stop next time we come back to CDMX. What an absolute pleasure!

Loved this restaurant. Sushi and Waygu Steak were both excellent. Ambience is great. Music was fun and just at the right level to be able to hold a conversation across the table. My family of six said it was their favorite meal in our week in CDMX.

We had a great experience! The service was fantastic, everyone was very attentive. And we were very lucky to get a seat by the window so we had an incredible view of the city at sunset. It didn’t feel like we had to wait for the food and when it came, it was all beautifully plated and spectacular looking. We loved the soup dumplings and the bone marrow rice was incredibly scrumptious.

Excellent attention and service. The food is extremely good and well presented. Portions are smaller but allows for sampling many menu items. Will return again

We had a late lunch here and it was great, the customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your dinner. The whole team was great and Raul our server was awesome, made great recommendations. The best dinning experience we have had in CDMX.
