Best Japanese Restaurants in St. James

What an amazing meal from start to finish. We had a great time with great SERVICE steaks were cooked too profession and it was absolutely a must go to in Long Island. I would rather never go to the city again, but enjoy the wonderful culinary creations that the steakhouse had. Thank you for having us. 

Insignia once again never disappoints! Alex was an absolute pleasure as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious. The chef’s execute perfect attention to detail when they cook their amazing food! Alex always goes above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. He truly is the best of the best and an asset to this awesome restaurant! The food and the staff and the reason why Insignia is my absolute favorite restaurant on Long Island! We definitely found a hidden gym in this sushi spot. The food is fresh. The menu is extensive the services terrific and did I mention the food is fresh and delicious and comparable to any high-end overpriced sushi places out there We were in a group of five so we all had an opportunity to try different rolls and meals, and everyone was very happy with theirs choices! My new fav sushi place!!

The drinks are well made and crafted well. The bar burger is excellent. The shrimp and lobster wontons are brilliant. Great place. Love the staff, especially Brittany and Jeremy

I scheduled a reservation for 8pm and ended up coming in a little early. I was seated without any wait despite my arrival being early. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, as well as delicious. My only complaint that I do have is that the margaritas that my table ordered were a little too strong for our liking. Aside from that, I definitely will be returning to Mito in the future.
