Having opened in March 2018, and receiving excellent reviews, including the Guardian in our first month, we are proud to offer a unique experience. You can sit around our sushi bar, which sits 10 and watch our chefs creating the sushi right before your eyes!     This is hands down the best sushi spot I’ve visited in Birmingham! The staff were fantastic, the atmosphere and decor were beautifully calming, and the food was absolutely incredible—easily a 10/10. Honestly, the most delicious sushi I’ve ever had!

    Gaijin is surely one of the best sushi restaurants in Birmingham, in my opinion. The food is always amazing, and I appreciate the attentive service. I went for the Omakase tasting menu, and it was a fantastic experience. I found the price reasonable for what you receive. For some, it may be expensive, but I honestly believe that you always pay for quality, and the food is undoubtedly of high quality. Totally recommended!

    Really good experience, loads of fun, food cooked in front of you, plenty of food which was excellent, had a woucher deal which was a great deal, would certainly go back
