Best Latin American Spanish Restaurants in Fountainbleau

From the moment I stepped into El Novillo Restaurant on Bird Road 30 years ago, I knew I was in for a special dining experience. The inviting ambiance, adorned with warm lighting and tasteful decor, set the perfect backdrop for what turned out to always be an unforgettable dining experience. The latest highlight of my dining experience was undoubtedly the exceptional customer service provided by German. His attentiveness and genuine passion for hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued from the start. He effortlessly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that showcased the restaurant's culinary excellence. It was clear that German was not just serving food but creating an experience, and he did so with charm and professionalism. The food like always was exquisite! Each dish we ordered was a masterpiece, crafted with the finest ingredients and bursting with flavor. The presentation was stunning, making each course a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. From the perfectly cooked steak to the delightful sides, every bite was a testament to the culinary expertise at El Novillo. The combination of the delicious food, the attentive service from German, the live music and the warm, inviting atmosphere made this dining experience truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a restaurant that excels in every aspect, look no further. El Novillo is a gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We sat upstairs which I suggest if you prefer dining in an area that’s not too noisy. We ordered the ceviche as an appetizer; it was phenomenal with tostones and avocado. I then had the ribeye as my main, and I’d give it a 4 out of 5. It was really good but not great. For dessert we had one of the crepes with dulce de leche - highly recommend. Our server was the best.

The food was overall good, the ambience was nice. Our issue was with the service, our waitress was so busy flirting with the guy at a table that we never received the waters we asked for when we were sat. The place was pretty empty, but she just kept hovering over that one guy, well after his party was gone. The drinks, the food all brought out, we reminded her about the waters but she would say yes and then go talk to the guy at the table. She didn’t check on us for nearly 30 mins after the food arrived,By which time we’re needed to go Boxes, which she never brought. The busser came to clear the table and we asked him again and he returned with them. If you are going to add 20% auto gratuity at least make sure the service is there.

Enjoyed everything from the welcoming at the door, Manager walked with us to Bar, my preference. Had a very knowledgeable bartender named Luis. Food was excellent very unique dishes. I would recommend Soya Sushi Bar to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is definitely a vibe! Perfect hangout spot with good music, good food & great service!
