    A unique experience in Houston full of elegance and refinement. The service is outstanding and the ambiance very cosy. There is a lot of creativity in the plates and everything is delightful and very well presented. The story around the different courses is very interesting and the whole experience is real journey.     The freno, octopus and steak frites paired with a signature G&T were delightful. However, it is difficult not to compare a HH at Októ to a HH at Doris. I am partial to the steak skewers at Doris. I booked a table outdoors as I had read about the noise level indoors. Alas at 7p the music was turned up to painful decibels and we were on the patio. It was ridiculously loud and left the evening on a down note.

    We had apps, salads and pastas and shared them all. Everything we had was excellent. The crab agnolotti is not typical but it’s delicious. Wonderful service and awesome wine list with very fancy decanters. Made for a memorable evening.
