We are a traditional taqueria that opened its doors in 2015.Our mission is to represent the best of Mexico through its street cuisine, especially tacos. We showcase the diverse regions of Mexico with offerings like Al Pastor tacos from Mexico City, Birria from Jalisco, Rib Eye from Monterrey, Rosarito tacos from Tijuana, Carnitas from Michoacán, and many more.We prepare our guacamole fresh every day and stone-grind our corn to make tortillas and other masa derivatives daily, seven days a week.We nixtamalize the corn by adding an alkaline solution (lime stone), and we take pride in honouring this millennia-old tradition. Our heirloom corn is imported straight from Oaxaca and other southern regions of Mexico.Additionally, we are affiliated with Terroir.mx, a private import agency that has been working with SAQ since 2011 to bring you exceptional liquors from Mexico.
