Best Southwest American Restaurants in Placitas

Had an amazing meal at the Pink Adobe last night. We came to honor my parents who recently passed away and this was one of their favorite restaurants. Our server was amazing. Food was excellent. Only issue we had was we walked next door to the Dragon Room to get a cocktail and got turned away at 8:55 pm. It did not make us feel very welcomed. The bar was not empty so would have really wanted to relax for twenty minutes.

This was a wonderful experience for all of us. We took our out-of-town guests there and they were so happy with everything. Lovely. 

Our server Jordan was great and so were all of the employees. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great.

Great food with a really nice combination of flavors. Friendly service as always. One of Santa Fe’s very best.

It was a quieter night and had a great dinner with friends! We enjoyed all their dishes and there was a nice acoustic guitar player creating a very relaxing yet joyful ambiance. Definitely would come back!
