Best Modern Australian Restaurants in Redbank

We had the most amazing experience at The Arsonist Saturday evening..The food was exceptional from the delicious entree of beautifully cooked mushrooms to the perfectly cooked sirloin steak served with roast potatoes and lovely salad and then the passionfruit cruffin for dessert was to die for! Our lovely waitress took care of us extremely well! We shared a great bottle of Shiraz which complemented our meal perfectly. It was my husband's birthday and we could not have been happier with the entire evening, we will definitely be back to experience more of The Arsonists extensive menu!! Thank you... Penny and Ian D

A very enjoyable dinner. Stand out dishes were the brioche and kingfish. Kingfish is done so often however this was a really enjoyable version. Every dish was of a high standard and the service was excellent and not obtrusive. A really enjoyable ambience, the restaurant was busy but it never felt too noisy, hectic or rushed.

It was my first visit and I was captivated by the location. The views are just great. The only mild irritation was it was quite windy and even though we were inside it didn't make a lot of difference. However that will not prevent a re-visit as the owners cannot control the weather. Perhaps they could have lowered a couple of the clear plastic blinds but then we could have requested that as well and didn't. The food was very good and well presented. Only 1 staff member was a bit on the off side. As a single in a party of 3 my bill for breakfast was racked up at nearly $60.00. When queried she argued with me as to what she had heard. My friend who was with me at the counter was quite adamant the cashier didn't hear what she said because I simply didn't order what she said I did which was a repeat of my friends order for 2 plus my own single order. A wee bit strange. The other staff were extremely courteous and welcoming considering I arrived about 45 minutes earlier than our booking because I mis-judged the traffic!! Overall a very pleasant way to start the morning and I am already planning to visit with another group in the New Year.
