The food was great and the service was excellent. This is a very good restaurant with expert staff. We came here a few years ago shortly after it opened and were a little dissatisfied with the service, but now it has improved incomparably. We were surprised not to see more people there on Christmas Eve.

What a beautiful lunch we had. The food was delicious, the location is lovely and overall service was great. Will definitely be back.

It was our 2nd visit to the Script as we enjoyed the first one on Fathers Day very much. Unfortunately we weren’t as happy this time. The lamb in the roast was like a doorstop and the cauliflower cheese was a bit watery and the roast potatoes were a bit underdone. The club sandwich was extremely bad. Not really sure how you can make a club sandwich bad?? A lot of bread and not much inside. The chicken and bacon were very overdone and inedible. All we were offered was a complimentary coffee!
