- RRobertVIPPhoenix / Arizona •27 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of my favorite Nobu locations. This Nobu is different than other ones that I regularly visit as it has a Omakase teppanyaki option as well. Both are traditional, and the Teppanyaki option are great and you can’t go wrong. Of course, the yellowtail jalapeño is always amazing but on this visit the salmon sashimi was particularly tasty. if you haven’t tried the rock shrimp or Wagyu tacos then of course try those as well. Thank you.More infoNobu - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Caesars Palace•4.7
- AArtVIPEast Tennessee •16 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024What a phenomenal restaurant - this wasn’t dinner - it was an event. Party of four ordered 10 small plates - best were the black cod, the sea bass, the beef and onion with mushrooms, yellowtail with jalapeño, tuna crisps, and eel. Desserts were top top notch, including the raspberry crème fresh and kronuts. House cocktail specialties were all delicious as well. Service was fantastic as well - orders were well timed to gives us an opportunity to discuss each dish before the next one arrived. Pricey and worth it!More infoNobu Las Vegas at Virgin HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Las Vegas•4.7
- MMichaelCaribbean •17 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024Nobu in Paris Las Vegas is excellent. Food, drinks, and ambiance are authentic and high quality. Service was attentive, courteous, informative, and efficient, all under the watchful eye of the head chef and culturally Japanese in every detail. The only criticism is our waiter walked away without looking us in the eye when thanking us after we paid and tipped generously.More infoNobu - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.6
