- CColletteVIPWashington, D.C. Area •9 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoHaving been to Italy recently, I found the food to be "authentically Italian" -- not overly seasoned but very flavorful. Portions were perfect -- not too large. Pasta was al dente, which is not common here in the U.S. Will definitely go back.More infoVia Sophia Washington DCPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.3

The fresh pasta and sauces are amazing, the appetizers are inventive and delicious! My favorite dessert is the dark chocolate budino and I look forward to trying their famous donuts next time.More infoNorth Italia - Washington DCPrice: Moderate• Italian• West End•4.6

- LLynnVIPNew Orleans / Louisiana •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe have been going to Ella's since it opened several years ago. The food is always well prepared, delicious and served quickly by very lovely servers. We especially like the beet and orange salad and the Di Mare pizza which is made with pesto and shrimp. It's also conveniently located across the street from the Smithsonian Portrait Gallery/American Art Museum. We love Ella's!More infoElla's Wood Fired KitchenPrice: Moderate• Pizzeria• Penn Quarter•4.7
