My Waitress, Kristine?, was absolutely AMAZING! I do not have words to describe her professionalism. She was patient and composed, she treated me VERY WELL on my bday! And put up with so, so, much from my very drunk and obnoxious friend. Who did not end up staying. She was an absolute god send. She turned my bday from sad to happy. Very professional and very kind! The front desk staff (hostess station) was dismissive, distracted and generally disinterested in taking guests names as several parties walked in at 6pm with a reservation and were promptly...ignored. However, once we reached our table, Kiana was superb. She was an extremely attentive, interesting, knowledgeable server who found ways to engage with us and she made our whole dining experience feel special. She more than made up for the dismal first impression of the hostesses.
