Our menus are carefully designed to ensure we are using locally sourced ingredients. Our food philosophy is classic dishes that everybody knows and loves however prepared with a lot of love and executed in a modern way.     First time to this restaurant, very nice looking place , not a massive menu but sufficient. Prawns for the starter for me was the outstanding dish of them all . If I had one criticism it would be maybe to have a couple of extra dishes as an option on a specials board and reduce the price of your sweet menu , extremely expensive for what it is

    Solid 5 stars all round, Norman and his team were so welcoming and the food was first class. 3rd of January and the restaurant was full but service and food were top level. Great choice on the menu and the fillet steak was phenomenal. Definitely should be on everyone’s dining list if looking for a top quality experience In Inverness. Well done everyone at Cafe 1
