Best Seafood Restaurants in North Lauderdale

The Farraddays team are all excellent ! Last week, management started a new rotation of servers and tables throughout the restaurant. The 4 of us dine all 3 evenings they are open, we have our favorite table and favorite server (Marco) This changing of "stations" is upsetting to the 4 of us. Please go back to the way it was.

Don’t judge a book by its cover . It’s been here for over 25+ years as soon as you sit down hush puppies and delicious coleslaw is placed on the table . You get your bang for your buck. The service is superb . I believe six days ,seven days a week they have all you can eat stone cribs, ribs, shrimp whichever day you choose. I had the fried scallops plus a side of mashed potatoes with/ a brown gravy. First time in years I didn’t like my dish. G had 4 pieces of fried catfish. It’s a white fish, pretty good.

Great service. Delicious libations. Live singer was nice. Staff very attentive the whole time. Big issue is parking but when we finally got one up front, the staff mentioned it's fine to park on adjacent properties even if they had tow signs.

Shooters was a great experience all around. We had reservations and were sat immediately. The hostess gave us the option of dining in doors or outside along the water and we chose outside. It was a beautiful breezy evening with boats periodically docking there and the passengers getting off and having dinner. Our server was very nice, polite, and checked on us frequently. We ordered the chili wings to start, and I had the ahi tuna salad which was phenomenal and my friend had the Cajun shrimp pasta which looked amazing and he really enjoyed because he ate it all. Everything was tasty, seasoned well, and very good. We had drinks, an old fashion, and a glass of champagne. We didn’t save room for dessert but when I eat there again I’ll make sure to leave room to try the apple pie. All in all it was a wonderful dining experience and I will return. The only thing that was bizarre is that the restaurant is on the waterway, so when we were leaving, the entire street was flooded with a couple feet of water seemingly from the tide rising high enough to spill into the road. I have no idea why no one has raised that wall to keep the water out or built a dam like contraption to keep the water in at night because the street floods pretty deep. Other than that, the restaurant is worth every second and penny.

Momo is an excellent server and was very attentive of our table of 6. The food was very good and as usual plentiful. Live music was very good but way too loud as was the background music which made it difficult to have a conversation with the people at our table. I will go back in the future without hesitation.
