The experience started on a slightly awkward note with the front-of-house staff. Both ladies were not very welcoming, and perhaps due to a language barrier, one of them assumed I didn’t have a reservation without even checking. That said once seated I had the best waiter I could ask for! the food was absolutely outstanding. The tartare and fillet were exceptional, and the wine selection was impressive. The sommelier and the waiter truly elevated the experience. The sommelier was friendly and highly knowledgeable, while the waiter was clearly passionate about his work and delivered impeccable service. Their professionalism more than made up for the initial hiccup with the reception staff. Overall Food AMAZING, service AMAZING. I will go back when I am next in Hamburg. Thank you

Seated at the counter, great view of the working kitchen. Very personable staff who explained all the courses to us & in English which was very useful. Had the 4 course Chefs selection menu which was excellent. Good balance of dishes & flavours . Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Thank you
