I just want to say I am blown away with the service I received at Ocean Prime. From the moment me and my guest walked in to the moment we left I was very much so pleased. All of the staff is attentive, accommodating, friendly, has a sense of humor. My birthday was very special due to the above and beyond service I received here at Ocean Prime. Shaw's Chicago location offers a fantastic dining experience with fresh oysters that are always a highlight. The lunch special is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a great option for a midday bite. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Joe's! We went there expecting a very special dinner and celebration for our daughter's 21st birthday and it did not disappoint. I'd especially like to point out our service, as service can make or break an experience. Our server was EXCELLENT. He was so attentive, knowledgeable, kind and went out of his way to make sure our daughter felt celebrated. Our daughter also has Celiac Disease, and he was so in step with what she could/could not have even double checking with the kitchen on the squash casserole--which it turned out she could have and was one of the food winners of the night! Joe's is a special restaurant with very high prices, yet when the service and quality of the food were like they were last night, it was priceless to us! Wish I could remember the name of our waiter, as I'd like to thank him again for making our night memorable.

I always have such a great experience when dining at maestro’s. The food is impeccable , it’s always so good. The customer service is beyond amazing . We had 3 waiters bringing and serving our sides , we didn’t have to fix our plates at all. The ambiance and aesthetics is just as great. The singer sang us soft beautiful music, while we ate and enjoyed our meal in a dimly lilt environment. My husband and I always enjoy ourselves immensely….. Keep doing a great job and I will continue coming back… if you haven’t been there please go , you will enjoy it all
