Lovely decor & table location was perfect to celebrate our 55th anniversary. Pepe our server took good care of us & his recommendations couldn’t have been better!

Our server did a fabulous job during the very busy Thanksgiving Day rush. Very pleasant and took excellent care of us. She was always patient and did not rush us. Food was excellent. The porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. Mac and cheese a ten. Corn burley was delicious.The pumpkin cheese was was very flavorful and very moist. We will be back.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving. The entire experience was exceptional! We arrived a littler early for reservation.. We were greated immediately with a warm reception , the restaurant was decorated beautifully and even though the rest our our party hadn’t arrived… we were given the option to be seated at our table or we could wait. We decided to wait at the bar where other patrons greeted us as if we were locals. Once the rest of our party arrived we were escorted to our table. Again greeted with friendly smiles from staff and guest. There was a choice of traditional thanksgiving dinner or a pre set menu… All of us choose the non traditional meal. Not a soul was disappointed. The waiter was fairly new … but you wouldn’t have know ..if he didn’t have said something. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu..including the wine list. Very patient with any questions and if he didn’t know something… he found out the answer. I can’t begin to explain how much of an amazing meal we all had. The food was of great quality, fresh and atmosphere was perfect. I’m truly surprised that the reviews aren’t higher. It should be! My parent had steak and seafood restaurant while growing up. This place has created an environment of fine dining but still maintaining a comfortable friendly atmosphere. This place is a gem…A must try! Normally, we have Thanksgiving with friends and family, but this year just didn’t work out. So we chose Truluck’s, but wondered how good their Thanksgiving meal would be since they are known more for steak and seafood. The Thanksgiving menu gave you three choices of appetizer and two choices for dessert along with the turkey with fixings as the main course. The turkey was fantastic. Cooked perfectly with the right amount of fat and flavor. The sides and gravy were delicious too. So if you need to eat out for Thanksgiving, consider Truluck’s.

Food, ambience, and service were excellent. While I enjoyed the music, which is reflective of my generation, it was a little loud. It was difficult to hear our guests at the other end of the booth. Sean took care of us well, as did the other staff. Appreciation as well goes to one of the hostesses, who took my call earlier in the day, when I inquired about the possibility of being able to order a fried shrimp option for my wife. She spoke with the chef I believe, and she responded in the affirmative, which added to the joy of our dining experience. One more shout out to the valet staff, who were the first on the scene to greet us and the last to send us on our way. One gentleman matched my sense of humor, which was nice. Thanks again for a good time.
