It has old world charm and sophistication that you can’t find in most places. The atmosphere with piano and jazz is outstanding. Our server was pretty good. When it got busy we didn’t see him as much as I would have liked but overall he was very professional and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. I always get prime rib but my friend got the pork chop and it was delicious. The crab claw appetizer is a must as well as the side of potato skinsMore infoThe Prime Rib - Baltimore (The Original)Price: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

- TTimothyMemphis / West Tennessee •27 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoMe and a dear friend dined at Rusty Scupper on Thanksgiving day for their annual Thanksgiving buffet. The Rusty Scupper does this in a top shelf fashion. This is not your typical low end or medium end restaurant style buffet. This is exceptional quality food, the attendants make sure that every tray is warm and filled and the table service is phenomenal. This is the second year that I have died there on Thanksgiving day and it is a cherished event. If you have not tried it, you need to.
