Best Seafood Restaurants in Strathmere

We had a wonderful dining experience at La Fontana! We chose a lovely Chardonnay to accompany his Seafood Special and my Veal Medallions Fontana! We began with the Caprese Salad - the lightness and subtle flavor of the mozzarella was something to behold. The Seafood Special was in a light rose sauce, chock full of delicious scallops and shrimp. The Veal Fontana was superb - thin medallions of veal, in a luxurious mushroom sauce accompanied by fingerling roasted potatoes and broccoli. We finished off the evening with a light, spongy, limoncello cake, simply delicious, accompanied by a glass of limoncello! Perfection! Was a teeny bit bustling with multigenerational families, the night before Thanksgiving, but that was to be expected. Service was impeccable! Will definitely return for another wonderful meal!

The service was very good. Be prepared to pay a premium for your meal and for serval waiters to bring you aged cheese, bread and oily fried zucchini.

A new-to-us restaurant, it will definitely become a favorite!! From the grilled bread to the dessert, everything was wonderful! We had the artichokes as an appetizer. Both of our entrees were superb!!

Easily my favorite restaurant! Our meal was exceptional. From the beginning of the meal we knew we were going to enjoy our night. Service was top notch (as it always is) and the food is expertly prepared. At Cafe Loren the food is consistently delicious. The portions are generous enough to feel satisfied. But not so big that you cannot try something from each course. And there is always room for dessert. We try to have dinner at Cafe Loren whenever our schedules allow. PERFECTION!!
