The Service (shoutout to Mia!) was fantastic and the food and atmosphere outstanding. I highly recommend Hemenway's. We were celebrating an anniversary and it was pretty cool that our table was sprinkled with rose petals and we were greeted numerous times with a hearty "Happy Anniversary! by a number of the wait staff and greeters(?). Our server was so friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We had a corner table with a great view of the water. There were quite a few other groups in our area, so the noise level did rise a bit, but we could still have comfortable conversation. At the end of our meal, our server brought a card to our son, signed by the staff, congratulating him on his accomplishment! The bread pudding is amazing! It was my personal favorite. The real winners at the Coast Guard House are the staff. They are absolutely the best. They are so friendly and fun. Charissa (sp?) and Erin are the reasons we will go back time and again! Heck, we are going back for a third night in a row! Each igloo has a different theme to make the experience unique.
