Best Shellfish Restaurants in Mount Laurel

Absolutely amazing dining experience!!! The grilled octopus is by far the best appetizer, our favorite and only restaurant that has it down to a science! The flavor is outstanding, temperature is always just right! I am a loyal customer and always order the house entree “PESCATORE”…you can never go wrong with a dish named after a restaurant….this dish NEVER disappoints. The crab gravy is beyond delicious, shrimp, clams and mussels are always done just right. We also ordered the salmon special which was over a lobster broccoli risotto, from the very first taste it kept getting even more flavorful….This is a must try. Double espressos (with our BYO Sambuca) and their homemade tiramisu was a perfect ending to an amazing dining experience. Aside from the food, the staff went over & beyond….with the change of ownership/management, you definitely feel a positive change in the climate….Asad is so very personable, welcomes us when he sees us and makes us feel right at home. The female server (Armenian, just forgot her name) has a great personality, goes over and beyond and truly cares about the customers. Evan…what an incredible young man….Truly loves the food industry, kind, personable and very engaging! Thank you so very much, Asad & staff, and the amazing chefs/cooks in the kitchen, we never get to meet you, but truly appreciate your talent and thank you for such an amazing dining experience. We decided to eat out for Christmas. Joining me for dinner was my brother and daughter. We arrived for our 4:30 pm. dinner reservations and were seated at our table quickly. The restaurant was not crowded.i remember thinking we came at a good time. We were greeted by our Kemara W. she was very patient with us as we order our dinner and drinks. After we received our drinks I noticed that it was taking a long time for appetizers to arrive (about 20 to 30 minutes). The appetizers were hot and delicious. However, I was disappointed in my lobster bisque. It was cold and no pieces of lobster meat. The waitress did apologize for the soup arriving late. We had an extremely long wait for entrees. Of course all of our entrees included a lobster tail. My lobster tail was under cooked. So I took it home reheated it (who whould want to that)? I have been dreaming of a tasty lobster since I made the reservations. We were told that some members of the cooking staff were new. However, Christmas evening was not a time for new staff. You want your " A" staff on so your customers will want to return. It whould have been nice if the manager was there to oversee everything.

Great server polite helpful and a joy to be served to. Food was good especially the lemon basil mahi. We always enjoy the food whether its take out or eat in. Thank you. B Ruggiero

The hostess cancelled my rsvp when I called & told her I was running a few minites late & was driving. I had to pull over & reenter my reservation. She cancelled it again. ??? Had to pull over & add again...I think she finally got it, that I was on my way.
