Everything from the cocktails, to the apps, dinner and desert were all excellent! Our server was also fantastic, just wish I could remember her name! Highly recommend this gem of a place that I hope will be around for many years to come!More infoBourbons BistroPrice: Moderate• Southern• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.8

- JJosephCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I enjoyed Valentine's Day dinner at The Village Anchor and were seated in the covered patio area below. The food was great but a little pricey. French Onion Soup could have been hotter and we found a lack of saltiness to everything but not terrible. The wine was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell. The dessert was huge - really enjoyed that. Friendly staff top to bottom. I had trouble finding reservations for V-Day and this place was busy but not packed at all. The lighting in the covered porch area did not at all reflect a fine dining experience, though - which killed a bit of the ambiance despite the cute Valentine's decor. Overall a good experience and we'll return if I have an extra $200 but for that kind of money I know we could do better. I look forward to brunch as their menu promises a variety of great looking option.More infoThe Village AnchorPrice: Moderate• American• Anchorage•4.6
