Best Southern American Restaurants in Sachse

Amazing event for my family with excellent food and service. Fantastic reach out by management of my next day to-go order (prepared the same night vs in the morning) and sweets for a dream calm down before leaving. Can’t visit and dine often enough!

My first visit. The service was excellent. The food portions were surprisingly large. The waitress was on. She checked on our table appropriately. I also liked that I called the restaurant with questions. Someone answered and was very helpful.

Food was very good, as usual. Not a busy night since it was before Thanksgiving. Service was slow at times, waiting on drink delivery mainly - which was frustrating because the bar was totally empty and only a few tables were occupied. Lots of chatting by the wait staff and bar staff. Just were not on point that night.

Our favorite neighborhood place to eat. Great food and wine. Excellent service.

Both the food and service were outstanding. Had the deviled eggs as the appetized but should probably have tried the recommended cornbread or Fuyu Persimmon Carpaccio. I had the short ribs which were so tender I could just touch them with my fork, and the sides were delicious. My other half had the Kurobuta Pork Chop, which from my taste was also perfectly prepared. We took their suggestion for the Apple Pie Bread Pudding for dessert and it did not disappoint. Drinks were well presented and just right. Highly recommend.
