Best Spanish Restaurants in Commerce City

Overall great food and ambiance. Service was a little slow. Food is very good but also rich and unique so with tapas style dining there was bound to be some flavors we didn't like but that doesn't necessarily mean anything was bad. This place always has delicious, well presented food and a location, ambiance and view that can't be beat.

We had a wonderful valentines dinner at Gemini. Even though it was completely full, the food was overall quite good (one exception, see below), the wait staff attentive without hovering, and the ambience relaxed. We had two (minor) hiccups preventing this from being a perfect meal (the way it usually is here): There was a longer than usual amount of time between when our appetizer/salad came out and the entree/sides were delivered. in fact, we felt the need to inquire whether our entree order had somehow got misplaced - but it did get delivered and of course was quite tasty. The other issue for us was we ordered a crab/endive dish that included flavors that neither my wife or I really appreciated - the endive was more bitter than typical (and I use endive a fair amount in my own cooking), overpowering the crab. But, that may just be our taste buds, your. mileage may vary!

Excellent as always Service was on point and the food always comes fast and right. things work like a well oiled machine that’s why this is always my go to spot . Thanks 

Each food item was wonderfully unique and delicious. The fried potatoes were wonderfully unlike anything you'd get at a typical restaurant. The trout with apple, grapes, and a wonderful chipotle-style sauce was outstanding. Small and cozy, I highly recommend this as a date-night location.

We made a last-minute reservation without doing much research, and I’m so glad we ended up here. We were greeted by the host/waiter/chef/owner, took a seat and discovered they have a single tasting menu with wine pairings if you’re inclined. Dinner went smoothly, with my wife asking for some accommodations to a couple of courses, which were no problem. Dessert was the highlight of an entirely enjoyable meal.
