The wedge salad, filet and sriracha Brussels sprouts were fantastic!

We went to celebrate a birthday and have a good meal. One of the Valet attendants greeted us as we were entering and asked us to enjoy our dinner. Then, the same young man told us to make sure we asked the hostess to let us take a picture with the Lombardi trophy, which we did!! Robert, our server for the evening, was great. He answered our questions and helped us choose a wine. He made our evening even more special…thank you, Robert! The food was fantastic and we will return!

Celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, each bite crafted with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly set the evening apart was the outstanding service. Sean was amazing. The kind of server every restaurant dreams of having. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly detail-oriented, and had such a warm and genuine personality. His dedication to making our night special did not go unnoticed, and we truly believe the world needs more Seans and Keiths. And then there was Kevin, whose kindness and generosity left us speechless. Not only did he make sure we had a fantastic time, but he also gifted us a gift card to come back and enjoy the experience all over again. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of hospitality at Eddie Merlot’s. we had an amazing night, great food the meat was incredibly flavorful and tender, our waiter Scott did an amazing job giving us recommendations and keeping checking in on us consistently making sure everything was okay, food was amazing and our service was amazing (thank you Scott).

My girlfriend and I went to Ocean Prime - Denver Tech Center for Valentines Day this year and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! We had Kallie as our server and she was wonderful, she knew the menu front to back, as well as the specials on the menu. Her explanations of a few of the menu items helped us decide to get them. The Espresso Martini and the Berry and Bubbles were both excellent! We started off with the Calamari (100% would recommend) and for our entrees we had the Lamb Chops and the Chilean Sea Bass. Both dishes exceeded expectations. Ocean Prime is perfect for any occasion! We will definitely be back :)
